Installing a new HD in my iBook Clamshell last night, I found that a screw holding the EMI Shield down was not coming out right. The threads must have been messed up or something. I was forced to drill it out. The head of the screw came off, but the threads were left in the standoff.



I need another standoff as pictured above. I need the one circled in ORANGE (top left).

If anyone has one of these, I will PayPal you for it, I really need it! I tried just leaving that screw out, but the display pops loudly when opening/closing, as the EMI shield is popping up.

I have several. Hard to tell from that angle of pic - is it the longer standoff or the shorter one? Measure the length of the standoff itself and LMK.
