Was meant to by one of steve500

but after looking at his ebay feedback, only sold 2 items, 1 went sour

doesnt seem like the cleverest idea sending a massive amount of money to him

so im looking again

12" powerbook needed ASAP

will need shipping to the UK as well

What specs/price point are you looking for?

I have a 12" G4 1.33 I have been toying with the idea of selling.

FEELER: Powerbook G4 1.5 12" - Mac Forums

someone at macrumors is thinking about selling theirs. macrumors may be a slightly more reliable place to go for buying things because in order to start a thread, you have to have 100+ posts elsewhere in their forums. You can reply and do business if you have less than 100 posts, but you can't START a FS or WTB thread.

i personally post my discussions here and buy from both. macnn forums is the first one i went to when i started using macs, and i find that the discussions are more insightful and educated (although a bit redundant) than just 11 year olds posting "OMG!" and other non-contributory drivel.

good luck finding the right pb.

I'd just order a 512 from OWC, so $48 for the 512 upgrade...

Barney,

would you do $900 for this...

12" PB
1.33 Ghz
768 MB
120 Seagate HD
SuperDrive
OS X.4 Tiger
mini-DVI to VGA and mini-DVI to S-Video
original box
bluetooh & airport

Condition: screen, keyboard, trackpad all great condition (no dead pixels, etc.)
The case is in great condition, no scratches or prints.
Only defect: There are just a few small scratches on the corner of the right wrist rest.

I wouldn't do $900 for the one listed above yours! $900 for those specs on a 12'' Powerbook?!? Today in 2/2007?!?!

I agree, I just sold mine for 535.00. Mine was solid, but well " Loved " . I have seen those go for around 650-700 on ebay, and that was fully loaded with all original packaging, and the machine being flawless.

For those of you who wouldn't pay $900, that's fine. There are people out there who will. If you haven't noticed, Apple doesn't make the 12" any more, but demand is still pretty high.

I will sell you mine for $875 + shipping. Look in my signature for the specs. It is in pristine condition and I take extremely good care of it. It is not dirty at all and is only about 6 months old so it is the final revision, and as you can tell it still has about 6 months left on the apple warranty. pm me if you are interested. you say you need it shipped to the U.K.?

Thanks
