Looking for a 1 gig stick of ram DDR2 667 for my macbook pro. willing to pay as much as $65 since newegg has a new corsair for $79.

wow. i don't think you'll get any at that price. that is pretty low. 2x512mb seems to be worth around $75 and 2x512mb is worth less than 1x1gb.

you might be better off going to newegg. lately, prices of ram have been pretty high (for a while, newegg was wanting $100 after rebate even for generics)
