The phone is in excellent condition with a few minor scratches and comes with:

Car Charger (Connector slightly damaged but works)

it does look like a nice phone, and I am getting verizon next week, but without a data plan I don't see that I can justify $100 for it.
I will be getting one line on a family plan so I don't know whether I can add data to just my line and how much it would cost since I have tried avoiding verizon for the past few years.

I believe that you can add a data plan to just your line of the family plan.
