No longer need a VoIP phone anymore. This Keyspan unit is one of the few that is Mac compatible out of the box. Works well with Skype and includes rechargeable batteries that are charged in the phone through the MIni-USB port. Lovely phone. I ripped this section from http://www.keyspan.com

While most VoIP phones require you to be connected to your PC via a USB cable our Cordless VoIP phone uses a wireless signal that allows you to roam your house or office while using Skype. You may use the phone for both PC-to-PC and PC-to-Phone calling.

How it Works...
Cordless receiver plugs into the USB port on a PC or Mac
Phone communicates with the computer over a 2.4 Ghz radio signal that works through walls and furniture
Calls are made over the PC's internet connection using Skype
Open and close Skype with a single button on the phone
The LCD display on the phone shows you who is online, as well as Skype status, battery level, and signal quality.

Price: $55

Addendum:

Selling my 802.11n AirPort Extreme card from my Mac Pro. According ot sites such as xlr8yourmac.com, adding this to your Rev.A MBP will enable 802.11N capability. yea! Since my machine is attached via gigabit ethernet, this wireless card is of no use to me.

$50
