If anyone has a black macbook with any specs in good condition, im really looking to deal with you. Im looking to stay under 1000 dollars, so mostly ill be looking for core duo 512mb 80gb or whatever.

there's a black core duo for $999 in the refurb section of apple.com

tax will put you over yr $1000, but i think you gonna have a hard time getting anyone to part with the macbook in as good a shape as the refurbs for under a $1000.

Actually there's tax in all states.
