This is the highest end webcam by Logitech and with the latest version of Mac OSX, it will run natively without any hacks.
I use mine for iChat and Skype mainly. It far surpasses the quality of the stock iSight.

This is the one to get if you need a webcam. It far surpasses the specs of the original iSight and works well in Mac OSX.
Is there any way to install the Ultra Vision Software on the Mac in order to take advantage of the Applications settings? Also, there doesn't seem to be anyway to focus this camera, the owners manual says nothing about manuakl or auto focus.
