I was wondering if anyone has season 3(full) and part of season 4. I am in the desert right now with the Air Force and have no access to iTunes. I would gladly pay for the cost of the DVD's.

Season 4 hasn't even started yet. I could possibly burn season 3 to DVD for you though, if you are watching on a computer that is.

Season four as stated above has not started and season 3 is not on DVD yet but you can buy it on iTunes.

As has been said, neither Season 3 or 4 is available on DVD. So pretty much any way of procuring them would be illegal.
