Like new, in box with all original materials. Works fabulously--just drop in a stack of docs and zip zip zip, you have a multipage PDF (or whatever format you like). This is brand-new and I only used it a few times, but I recently got a multifunction machine that has a sheetfeeder scanner (not quite as fast as the ScanSnap, but I want fewer machines).
