Okay, just want to clarify this. You said above is 1GB model?? but on the auction is 1.67GB model so which one is correct?

GB ≠ Ghz

It is the 1.67Ghz model from what I can tell. what I am more curious about is does it have 1GB or 512mb of ram? The listing and title disagree on this point...

Ok. The Title says 100gb, that's the Hard Drive size.
it currently has 512 Megs of RAM.
it had a 1GB of ram, but the chip went bad and I had to take it out.

So again, to clarify.

512MB of Ram and 100GB of Hard Drive.
