I work in nyc, so on my lunch break I went to the nearest srarbucks and got myself a starbucks itunes gift card. I picked up a couple extra (with no value on them) in case anyone here was interested. If so, shoot me an offer.

Holy crap - people are actually paying like $10-$100 for an empty Starbucks card on eBay?!

Had I known this, I would have swiped a bunch of empty ones every time a new design came out when I still worked there. The iTunes+Starbucks card is technically worth either $0 or $2, depending on how you look at it. The other cards are completely monetarily worthless.

I could have made a killing selling "retired" Starbucks cards.

It's a Starbucks Card (a reloadable giftcard) with a code for two free downloads from iTunes. You register the card at Starbucks.com and get the codes to download a couple tracks from iTunes.

Yes, people do sell them on ebay. However, most of them on eBay are considered as 'limited edition' or old old cards.

Dude, you should load those cards up and sell them.

free songs expire Dec. 31, 2007

Are the "song of the day" cards selling well on eBay? Just got one today.

Neat idea- would get me to stop in at Starbucks on a regular basis.
