Like the subject says, I'm looking for a cheap laptop that could run Leopard. Honestly, this wouldn't be a main machine, so the performance wouldn't be that big of a deal. I'm looking at possibly the G4 Books or perhaps older-model MacBooks, but because I really can't afford to spend more than 500 or so I don't know what I could get.

FWIW, you should be able to get a decent iBook G4 or PowerBook G4 for that price. Not so sure about a MacBook though...

i got a macbook for $650 on ebay. look out for deals.
