I have a DP 2.5GHz G5.

The issue: PSU popped. What else? Nothing!

I just spent the day swapping parts with another DP 2.5 that I have in my home office. The motherboard, processor and watercooling bundle, etc works!

Make me an offer. The only thing that's in the package is the G5 case, mobo, processor, water cooling unit, superdrive, 9600XT. No HDD or memory! Bad PSU if you want it.

Interested in selling it all or parted. $1000 shipped for it all (completed sales on ebay for this machine is $1300-$1400). Also interested if you have a 600W G5 PSU!! =) Will trade for any macbook, any spec.

Ok, just purchased a spanking new PSU straight from Apple.

Everything is installed back to the way it is- the issue now is that its a bit flaky.

Apple store says it might be the motherboard, but the system does boot from time to time.

Symptoms:
When it boots, everything is fine- loads up tiger, apps, fine.
Sometimes, you press the power button, fans come on, but system does not- no chime, logo, etc.

Selling everything as is for $800 shipped or trade as is for a macbook. Doesn't matter what kind. LMK.
