Can we say last minute shopping? After acquiring a nice PB on here recently for myself, I'm finding it stolen by my wife often, so I'm looking to pick her up a similar laptop.

Preferably a Macbook for a low $$$. Core duo is fine, combodrive is fine...just want to keep the price down...will be used mainly for web/email.

Will also consider a PB G4 or iBook G4...near the last revisions.

i can recommend the ibook route for the listed use. fast, quiet, cool, and cheap(er).
