I'm selling a 40GB appleTV that I got but then decided to get a mac mini to act as my media center for $200 bucks shipped.

I'm located in central PA.

is it still covered under the Apple one year warranty? Would you take $180 for it?

i did not realize the refurb apple tv's start at $200 so I'm lowering the price to $180
