I need money fast. I'm involved in a great deal and I need money. Will be willing to go down to $700 but only if the deal works out. If you are interested please email me at scmacman77@yahoo.com ASAP!

How does this machine perform under OSX? I might be interested but I'm going to need some more detailed information. My Pismo knowledge is very limited but is this thing capable of Airport?
Yeah, about those TPS reports, didn't you get the memo?

The deal I was involved in went bad , but I need to raise the price now to $900 , you no longer get the CDRW , but now you get Office 2001 Educational Edition Free. This is the full CD it just says educational edition on it. This Pismo is runs pretty well in OS X and is great for 1-2 year old games , but if you need faster then PowerLogix makes a 500mhz G4 Upgrade that brings it up to TiBook Specs. So If you think about it you get the same stuff from a TiBook for less and you get expansion bays plus Office 2001.Like always email me if interested.

I just wanted to say thanks for not answering my question and for raising the price. I appreciate it. Best of luck to you... <img border="0" alt="[Skeptical]" title="" src="graemlins/bugeye.gif" />

I think it's a good price anyway. I paid $1400 for it just last year. According to the box it's airport compatible , ive never used wireless on it before. It's in pretty good condition and I still have the box and papers.

Malson,
I'll answer your question. I run a Pismo 400 with 576 ram and have used OSX exclusively for over a year. Performance is on par with my titanium 400 and my iBook 500.

The key really is the ram when clock is similar. The neat thing on these machines is the availability of cheap expansion bay drives. I bought a 40gb expansion bay hard drive and leave my DVD drive and home, carrying lots of mp3s.

I like it better on the road than my titanium as the thing is a tank and will take more punishment.

great prices on ebay and there is a g4 upgrade for this machine.

I could pay $700 plus shipping, and pay for the escrow.
My sister needs a machine, and I promised I would pay up to $700 for it.
Let me know,

Colin
