I have the following Titanium PowerBook for sale:
-1Ghz G4 CPU
-15" Screen
-1GB of ram (maxed)
-100GB Hard Drive (upgraded from 60)
-Airport Card Installed
-Also includes a motorola card that supports 802.11g
-SuperDrive (read/write cds and dvds)
-Leopard Installed (on a trial basis, only thing I have to do a clean
wipe and prove system works)
-Entire casing was just replaced, hinges are nice and tight, but not
so tight they are near breaking. I can provide iPhone'd pictures if
needed. Only issue is the latch doesn't stick 1/3 of the time (the
hook does not always descend).
-2 Batteries, one holds about an hour, a little over, the other closer
to two. Both seem to lose entire charge after a day when asleep,
probably due to age.
-Will include one power adapter
-Can also include a full black pro keyboard and mouse for $10 extra
(primarily to cover shipping).
-Can also include an incase sleeve for it, the fancier, larger one
with a shoulder strap, not neoprene, for an extra $25 - was $50 retail
For everything (but the extra last two items), I am looking for $625
shipped FedEx or UPS insured for full amount from Pittsburgh, PA 15217

Any questions, etc, please email me! I am open to offers, but pretty
firm on the pricing as it is a heavily upgraded machine, and the
casing is in quite good shape for a machine of this age.

55 views and no replies? Price too high? Dropping it to $600 shipped...

Someone is contemplating modding a Ti 400 (dead logic board) to a Ti 1GHz in the modifications forum. I don't think it's possible without major surgery and m4d ski11z.
You might find him interested. It would likely be less expensive and aggravating for him to buy your machine and sell his for parts.

Try PM'ing him or posting in his thread.

I owned several versions of the Ti. Nice machines.

Good luck.
