Hi all...

I'm trying to decide how to go about selling my rev A iMac; it's original specs except for 96MB of RAM instead of 32MB. Any ideas? I was going to put it up on eBay; they seem to be going for $200-$300 there now.

It ain't worth $300. $200 is pushing it since it doesn't have enough Ram to run OS X. If you ever want to sell it I'll give you $150 cause someone else needs one.
New sig coming soon. Yes, it will violate the sig guidelines :p

I just checked E bay and I saw two original imacs with less ram closing at over $400.
It ain't worth $300.
I have to disagree with you there, They ARE worth it, I'm a student and I would buy the original imac if I had the money. IMO i would not sell for under $350 depending on what comes with it,original documents, box, etc. Throw it up on E bay. with a reserve price of $300, can't hurt

Hmm, If so, how much could I get for my revision D iMac with 160 MB RAM, OS X preinstalled with OS 9.2, RealBasic 3 and possibly a USB 4x CD burner (Lacie)? Also comes with manual and original system disks. Plus I might even load some useful OS X softwre on here.

for that rev. D imac, I'll trade you my handspring visor deluxe with the usb cradle and a jar of pickles :-)

for that rev. A imac, I'll trade you my Apple //gs with both 3" and 5" drives. Hey, if you're going to have something almost useless from Apple, may as well have a system that can run Lemonade Stand and Oregon Trail. I'll even toss in the montior.

Oh well, maybe I'll just end up putting it in it's own topic. I've pretty much played all the Lemonade Stand i'm going to in my lifetime.
