Ok, here are the stats:

6 Months Old (still have original boxes, software, etc), lightly used...
867 MHz
512 MB RAM
60 GB HD
Geforce 3
Combo Drive (CD-RW/DVD) Note: Not the superdrive

Software on the machine would be only an install of OS 9, since I don't know how the new user would want to setup his/her OS X (login/password, etc).

I am wondering what a good asking price for this is. I have someone that wants to buy it, but I don't know what to ask them for it. Any help would be great. Or would my best bet be to put it on ebay (don't they take some of the money you make though....)

Thanks,
Ben

eBay will charge you a moderate fee ($15-25) to list it - the price goes up if you add photos etc.

It is an excellent service and I often bought & sold on eBay. Highly recommended (and I don't work for them).

They don't take any % of the sales, tho'.

I think its worth more around $1500+. Very nice machine though and unless you can't afford the hassle of it, I'd go with ebay.
New sig coming soon. Yes, it will violate the sig guidelines :p

That low? I saw someone willing to buy one for $2200, and it had a 40 GB HD. As I see it, this machine is better than the now lowend, and close to the midrange.

I will take my shot with ebay, and see what I can get there.

Thanks,
Ben
