I know you said "opened, but unused", but this is one of those items that people might be willing to pay a premium to get in a sealed box.

Personally, I've been looking at this product for awhile, but it's a risky purchase in general. Since I can't "test" one, I have no clue how it sounds. Are you able to move a bit more on the price?
