WTB: DVI to ADC Adapter

I am looking for either the Dr. Bott DVIator or the Apple DVI to ADC adapter (part #M8661LL/B).
I would like to find a price better than what a new one is currently available online for. Ideally $50. Will need shipped to 43054.
Just for clarification, I am not looking for the short, 2 ended, adapter that sells for $20 or less. The adapter I am seeking introduces a power source to allow old Cinema Displays (ADC) to be plugged into a DVI port.

On a side note, for anyone coming thru here, any ideas on how long you can run a DVI cable?

Answer found! 30 feet is the maximum distance for 1920x1200

Have you heard nothing from the seller? Have you tried e-mails, PMs?
If so, then escalate to a dispute with PayPal. If PayPal doesn't come through, file a chargeback with your credit card (I hope to god you paid with a credit card).
