I have an iPaq 3630 (the same as a 3635 and 3650). It has 32mb RAM, 16mb ROM, full color, intense backlight (can be used as a flashlight), and comes with two AC adaptors and a CompactFlash Sleeve.

$250 and I pay shipping.
