This is the educational version. I fully deleted this from my HD and im willing to sell it. I've registered it with MS , but im unsure of how to transfer licenses. If you know of how to tranfer licenses or dont care about registering with MS. Email me at pizmog4@mac.com and I can let it go as cheap as $75.

I am sure no one will stop you, but I am pretty sure that its not legal to sell the EDU versions to people not associated with the school you bought the CD from. I think its sold to you as a group lisc that the college bought into and you are not supposed to resell.

Sorry, that's not how they are sold necessarily. I work for a major university, and all faculty and staf were allowed to purchase Microsoft Office 2001 for home use at a considerable discount.

Right, but at some schools it is. At mine you buy it for $35 on a special CD pressed for my school by M$. And if you read the user lisc it tells you that you can not resell. So if your discount was a hundred off and sold in that little alarm-clock shaped box you might be able to resell but if you have a special pressed CD then I doubt you can, leagally.
