So, who needs a native serial port for their iMac?

I'm now adding the iMac serial port to my list o'stuff to sell. It is a native serial port for Rev A-D iMacs. It is fully supported under OS9 and everything except LocalTalk under OSX. This is great for Palm Pilots, older digital cameras (without USB), MIDI, Lego MindStorms, and much more!

I bought it new from GeeThree.com, but never got a chance to install it. They are selling it for $49.95, but I'm selling mine for only $20 plus shipping.

Here are some comments by other customers who bought a Stealth Serial Port card: http://www.geethree.com/reviewsb.html

Please Note: This serial port must be installed in your modem slot. This works great for AirPort/broadband users (like myself ) who no longer use their 56K modem.

I will add photos of the one I bought later this week. Until then, why not check-out these:

I still have my 56k internal modem and 233 G3 cpu for sale if anyone is interested.

I have one of these in my Bondi. It works great, just have to remember to go to the Chooser and set the port as my printer port after zapping PRAM.

Sorry, not a buyer, just a testimonial that it is a good thing to have, especially for those without need of a modem, like the broadbanders.
If you put a bullseye on yourself, don't be surprised when someone takes a shot at you.
