newton 2100, not an upgrade.
comes with
software cd for 2100
serial cable
serial dongle
9v power adapter
14.4 fax modem
dummy card for other pcmcia slot
flip lid cover intact as is latch
no scratches on screen
stylus
batteries.

the software CD is quite good and contains a ton of programs for connection to the internet, email, and the 2100 comes with Works a word processor spreadsheet.

the newton is in good condition, as i bought it a year ago and never used it.
