Hey, I upgraded both my RAM and my HD in my Pismo, and I'm stuck with them on my hands.

I have a 64 meg stick of RAM (stock), and a 10 gig Toshiba HD (also stock). They both work perfectly (and are sealed in anti-static bags), but I've just upgraded my machine, so I can't use them.

Can anyone else use them?I don't want to toss them, esp. the HD. I'm willing to give up the RAM for $5 + shipping (retails about $15 new), and the HD for about $80 + shipping (retails $140 new). Something like that. I'm willing to play 'let's make a deal', especially if you want to take them both off my hands.

That's a good idea. I have a half-dozen PowerBook drives I'd donate for a song, along with a box of ADB mice, etc. I'm sure *someone* out there could use some of this stuff. No?

Grrr. Of course, not a moment after I post does life follow along.

The doorbell rang and a friend came by to pick up eight internal full-size SCSI drives and two pull-out cabinets. So those are off the shelf.

But I have the PowerBook drives, plus some Cat-5 Ethernet cable, ...

I'll give you $40.00 for the hard drive.

I can get a new IBM w/ 3 year warranty for $118.

Hmm. Make it 50 + shipping, and you've got a deal.

Well..no.

My post was for for a 20GB instead of a 10. (My mistake)

The 10 GB is $92 shipped, with a three year warranty.

I'll still give you 40.00 shipped.
