I got this iPod for a discount through a friend, so the price here is pretty reasonable. They are currently selling the black ones for 199$ on apple's site. I could include the headphones and wire, if you really need them. Only problem is, the back is scratched up a bit. But the front is crystal clear.

if you are the second owner, it has a scratch, and the headphones and usb are "if needed"... how can this be "new"?

A black 8GB refurbished iPod direct from Apple, no scratches, and headphones/usb included, is $149.
4 GB refurbs are $99.

Mine isn't refurbished. Maybe 165$ is to 15 dollars to high, so I just set the buy it now price as 160.

I put the minimum bid at 125$ for now, anything above that I'd be fine with. Also, one of my friends is considering buying for 150$. so whoever gets it, essentially:

fair enough. but a refurb is closer to new than a scratched ipod, no matter how you slice it.
