I'm not aware of anything new regarding cybersquatters. This domain name has been in use and my ownership for a long time and does not constitute any infringement of Apple's copyrights in any way. The thought that I'm selling it for that reason is as absurd as the thought that it constitutes cybersquatting.
If Apple chooses to pursue anyone using a domain name that contains imac, mac, or anything mac related they'll be biting the hand that feeds them. I'm not worried but if what you infer has even an ounce of concern than I imagine the owners of dozens of web sites would be worried, .macnn.com who provides this service would be among them as well as AppleInsider.com, iMac2day.com, lowendmac.com, macinstein.com, macwarehouse.com etc.
