Yo. I am a graphic designer looking to bail out of San Francisco as soon as possible due to acute brokeness. I have a room in a really nice 3 BR apt in the Mission District (23rd & Mission St.) with 2 friends. We have 2 full bathrooms, a rooftop deck overlooking downtown and the Bay Bridge, laundry on site, a beautiful avocado tree in back. The roomates are neat and considerate, both old friends of mine.
