I'm thinking of selling my mac in a week or so. I wanted to get an opinion as to how much you think I should sell it for:

G3 (Beige) 333MHz
128MB Memory
1 MB Backside Cache
9Gig UW/SCSI primary HD
27Gig ATA secondary HD
CD-ROM
4x4x16x Yamaha CD-RW

any ideas as to what this beast would be worth?

With the extea hard drive, and CD-RW, I would expect 800-900 at the most.

If you plan on selling it on eBay, this is what I did when I sold a G4. I set the reserve to about $3000 (for you, about $1000) and just see how hight it goes. If you don't like the price, you can repost for free. You basically get 2 posts for 1.

When someone asked me what the reserve was, I just told them I was hoping to get $2400 for it. So it happens, that person bought it.

Something you should do is just head out to eBay and check the closed auctions. Get a rough estimate on how much they're going for. Almost all of them end up about the same price, + or - $75 to %100.
