It's all the original 10.1 disks. 3 in total, os X install, os 9.2.1 install disk and the Developers Tools for OS X. I have all the literature that came with it. manual's and upgrade coupons. (which I hear aren't good for 10.2) My asking price is $39. I think this is a great price for those who maybe don't have os X yet and don't want to shell out the $129 for os 10.2 in August.
