Like new, in the original box. I was using it to connect my 22" Cinema Display to my beloved B&W PowerMac with the retail Radeon PCI card. Worked superbly but alas, I upgraded to a Dual-GHz PowerMac and no longer need the DVIator. The package includes the power brick and multi-headed dongle. I can't find the instructions, but hey, there's only one way to connect it.
