It's only been used once on a road trip to Florida to watch DVDs on a Pismo. I don't have original packaging. $40 and I'll pay for shipping. Money order ships immdiately; personal check, and I'll wait the customary ten business days.

I don't have the Pismo anymore, and the adapter's just been sitting in a drawer.
