well, its only been a few months since i sold my Ti memory to put in 512mb, but, i'm selling the memory so i can put in 1GB.

here are the specs taken from apple system profiler:

Buil-in Memory: 512 MB PC100-222S

SODIMM0/J16TOP 256MB SDRAM
SODIMM1/J16BOTTOM 256MB SDRAM

chips where bought from ramjet. no firmware issues, etc. been using flawlessly since i got them in both 9.x and 10.x daily.

$100 for both. let me know...

Unfortunately, I can get 2 256 mb dimms for abt $36 each NEW. I can also get 1 512 mb dimm for $94 NEW.

Look at dealram.com and ramseeker.com and maybe you'll come up with a better price to sell?
