I don't have as much time as I wanted to have to learn Cocoa, so I'm going to stick with just the x86 world.

I want to unload a TiBook 550, 512MB RAM, 20GB HDD, DVD/CDRW (purchased 9 days prior to combo release, upgraded at Apple Store), Airport Card. I have also installed Quicken Deluxe (OS X) and Microsoft Office v.X (have boxes and everything for both). Still have box for TiBook, Airport Card and software.

Is this a laptop? I can build a top of the line desktop for $800. The TiBook is $2548 at the Apple Store, and that doesn't include Office v.X.

I put it on eBay. I'm not really sure what it's worth, so I figured this was the best way to get the best price.

The auction doesn't preclude a trade. I am looking for a PC laptop, though. If I find a suitable trade, that person just needs to win the auction. eBay won't know the difference if they pay in dollars or computers.

I have a PC Laptop I am looking to trade. I am of course willing to pay the difference also. Here are its specs:

IBM Thinkpad 600E
Pentium II 400
DVD
10 GB HDD
128MB RAM
13.3 inch TFT LCD (No Dead pixels)
3Com NIC
External Floppy
Internal Modem and a Linux Compatible PCMCIA Modem
Margi DVD Decoder Card (Watch Movies with little/none CPU use. Run apps with no skipping, surf internet, etc... It is really neat.)
Docking Station
An Official IBM Thinkpad Laptop bag (Its got some nice big air cushions all around the inside to protect it)
It should still have the warranty for a while but not sure how long (year?)
It currently has Windows 2000 on it but came with Windows 98 and NT. The Windows 2000 is the retail version and I will throw it in (I have original box and everything).

It runs just great but I am a Linux fan looking to try out OS X and would love to get my hands on a powerbook.
