Anyone have a new (the newer the better) 700 MHz G3 iMac they want to get rid of? Can't seem to find any in Canada...

Murbot, if you want a new one, can you buy it from Apple's US store? They have the 700MHz models in their Special Deals section for US$1,049. Your choice, Graphite or Snow.
