ok, so i am selling my beauty.

it is in perfect working condition. NO dead pixels AT ALL!! and only has 1 VERY minor scratch that is very very rarely noticable.

so all that said. i will leave all the software(NON PIRATED) on the hard drive for new owner to erase.

EVERYONE. DO NOT PAY MORE THAN TWO THIRDS THE COST FOR THIS PowerBook. THAT IS THE GOING RATE. RAM is CHEAP, and the software offer is totally bogus.

I'm not against people 'sharing' overpriced software, but this guy is trying to profit from it.

i am sure that some people would appreciate some sellers leaving software on the hard drive, so the buyer needs NOT TO SPEND 10,000 for the software.< which a company can do, just not any individual..

Sorry! You ARE pirating software. If that isn't morally reprehensible to you, then so be it; you should be told what you are doing, though. If you are selling something for a "few hundred more" because you are leaving tons of software on the system, then you are, in effect, selling unlicensed copies of that software. This is the same as selling a CD with these programs burned on them; it's a copy that you are not transferring the license with.

YOU get YOUR facts straight, "pal". You are selling a used piece of equiptment that does not appreciate (for you, since you're such a f***ing moron: "gain in value over time"), you WILL lose money, as the product is used and isn't gaining value. YOU ARE SELLING COPIES OF THAT SOFTWARE IF YOU KEEP THE ORIGINAL COPIES. Period, end of story.

Moderators: I would say that this thread should be removed, as this is not a forum that should aid in the pirating of software. As a software developer myself, this sort of behavior makes me sick.

1000gods: Either scrub the software and sell it as is for whatever you'll get, or go somewhere else. If you are OK with stealing from people, then go somewhere else to do it.
