I'm thinking of buying a used Apple LaserWriter from Sun Remarketing? Has anyone had any experience with them?

Thanks.

Greetings,
Did you just win the lotto? What I mean is that SunRem is quite expensive. You will get what you order, but there might be other places in your area where you could get the same item for less money.
They also do some strange things. Many years ago, I ordered a manual from them. What I received was a "copy" of a manual - not an original. Another time I ordered a System Software CD and again received a burned copy of an original. That was too much. I returned the CD and haven't used them since. I believe they got into legal trouble with Apple for unauthorized software copies.
You might want to try some local Mac user groups and computer swap meets.
Good luck.

Hi Dr. Crazy,

I checked, and the price they're asking is reasonable. Thanks for the tip about looking elsewhere, though.
