I'm looking to set up a mini network at home. Anybody have or know of a good deal on an Apple Air Port base station. Maybe even an Air Port card as well?

Other than taking your chances with eBay, I recommend <a href="http://www.macsolutions.com" target="_blank">http://www.macsolutions.com</a> if you don't mind getting a brand new 1.0 base station for only $169. Even the airport cards are only $89 IF you buy the silver basestation at the same time.

I ordered a Orinoco RG-1100 for $139 from 2buystore.com since all reports are that it is EXACTLY the same electronics as the Apple Basestation 2.0 and even works with the Airport Administrator software. I am still trying to find airport cards for under $99 with shipping.

wegenermedia.com is selling 1.0 base stations for $159 and airport cards for $69. I picked up a station and two cards for $300 total and had it in a few days. This is used equipment, but good quality for the price - my base station still had the original box & documentation, had never been registered, and looked practically brand new. I could tell the cards had been used, but they work flawlessly.
