DealNN shut down?

DealNN hasn't filed new information since May. Does anyone know whether the service has shut down for good or, otherwise, what circumstances are causing the interruption in activity?

I seem to recall reading something on MacNN about DealNN being shut down. I just did a search on MacNN, but the search engine is spewing out SQL errors so I cannot provide the reference. But I do recall being very depressed about the DealNN story, so I'd have to say it is gone.
