FS Overheating 1.6 Ghz Compaq Laptop

	I bought this computer in 2005, and it served me well until it started overheating and shutting itself off. It's a Compaq Presario V2310 (US Model). It has a 14 inch widescreen, 1.25 gb RAM, an 80 gb hd, builtin 802.11G wireless, 1.6 GHZ AMD Turion Microprocessor, firewire, built in flash card reader, DVD-Writer built in. I'm looking for $225 or best offer. It may work well for parts. It comes with Windows XP and all original software as well as charger and battery. It tends to overheat within an hour of use.
