Open a new checking or savings account with CitiFi.com before Friday, April 28th and receive $100 free.
Follow these steps:
1) Go to

2) select Open Account
3) select Apply Online (Express)
4) select Individual or Joint (whichever applies)
5) choose either checking ($5 monthly fee), basic checking ($3 monthly fee) or savings account (no monthly fee but $100 minimum requirement)
6) Enter special offer code C7
7) select how you heard about CitiFi
8) complete the applicant information screen to the best of your knowledge
9) answer the three questions regarding your preferences
10) the next screen is very important regarding funding your account
checking accounts are recommended to make an inital deposit of $10 (to cover 2 months fees)
basic checking accounts are recommended to make an initial deposit of $6 (to cover 2 months fees)
savings accounts have a minimum initial deposit of $100 (with no monthly fees)
Choose make check payable to yourself as the funding option unless you want to use your credit card in which case there is a $100 minimum (ideal for the savings account since it also has a $100 minimum, no monthly fees and is interest bearing). If you write a check make it payable to yourself, for insance if your name is John Q Public make the check payable to John Q Public. Endorse (sign) the back of the check and write the words FOR DEPOSIT ONLY underneath your endorsing signature.
$100 can take up to 2 months to be credited to your CitiFi.com account.
There are NO penalties/fees if you close your CitiFi account after receiving the $100 promo
CitiFi will report $100 to the IRS on a 1099 form plus any interest earned (savings account).
Applicants must register online and mail your signed application to CitiFi.com on or before this Friday, April 28, 2000. For peace of mind it may be recommended to pay 35 cents for "delivery confirmation" from the USPS.

UPDATE: According to CitiFi customer service the C7 promotion has ended effective today. No explanation was given as to why other than a memo was received today stating this offer has expired today instead of the original expiration date of Friday, April 28, 2000.
