For sale: 512 MB of RAM for the Apple iBook (IceBook) for $200. This is premium RAM from crucial.com. (Their part number: CT245989) Specs: PC133 SDRAM CL=3 Non-parity. Just a few weeks old.

I believe that this memory will also work in the titanium G4 Powerbooks, (as well as many Wintel laptops) however, you need to confirm that before buying.
