Recognition's not too bad. I've got one.
It sits next to my monitor at work, gives me a calendar and alarm-clock(cukoo-Newton). I also use it for unit conversions.

Hi,
What's youre reserve like on this guy?
The reserve is $75.
wasn't the 120 the model with the crappy Hand writing recognition(sp?)?
With the upgrade to Newton OS 2.0, the handwriting recognition became quite good. My own tests scored a 96+ percent accuracy. Your mileage may vary depending on how clean/sloppy your handwriting is, but most people find the recognition to be pretty good. Accuracy improves if you take the time to "teach" the Newton your own particular handwriting.
Newton OS 2.0 is included pre-installed with this Newton auction.
Best regards,
Justin
