Well I am looking to get a PowerBook, so i was wondering what you guys
think I could get for what I have now:

PowerMac 800 Mhz bought in February.
500 Megs RAM

17" studio display LCD

AppleCare with almost 3 years left on it.

that model costs $2548.00 from the Apple Store, assuming you have a 40 gig HD, no airport. I didn't include the AppleCare cost that you have.

since it is used then it will obviously go for less. but that price is a starting point.

Of course I know how much I paid for it. :-) I paid $3099 dollars. Now the question is what kind of a deal i can make with someone for a practically brand new computer.

Anybody want to make me an offer? The system is $2697 with 256 megs on apple.com, the 500 in it is a 256/128/128 configuration so it would be less than the 500 meg one on the apple site.
