Would anyone here be interesting in picking one up for about 1k? (not more) It works perfectly, and I have the origional box and everything (even foam padding) and could ship it in the box it came to me in, with full documentation and support CD's and bundled software. It's only flaw at all is a nick the size of a pin head on the right palm rest. Not noticible unless you stare closely.

This is a stock new ibook w/CD-ROM drive. The only additions are
192 megabytes ram
Airport card

in perfect condition except for the little nick next to the mousepad.

If you're interested in picking up an ibook for more than 250$ less than the ones currently selling at apple, post here and I'll answer any questions.

Can you possibly post a picture of the nick?

Hrm, I'm sorry but I can't find my camera now, but I'll have it in a couple weeks ( It may be on sebatical in switereland with another member of the family ). Is this going to be a problem, could you wait about 10 days for a picture? I'm really sorry I can't get a picture to you right now, but I will get one up soon. Is that ok or are you pressed for time?

The best way I can describe it is that it is thinner than a peice of hair, and is slightly shorter than 1 millimeter.

In the mean time, I can still answer any questions you have about it.

Great! For an added bonus I'll throw in a couple games. Starcraft CD and Dark Forces CD. It also has OSX 10.1 installed.

Oh, when are the best times to reach you via e-mail/ what times you check it? Also, you get my message yet? Sometimes mail.com can be painfully slow in sending.

P.S. I can also give you contact information if you'd like.

looks like this fell through, no response. Is anyone else interested?

I really [b]HAVE{/b] to sell this, I'm willing to go down to $1000 flat and throw in a 3 button kensington USB mouse. If you're interested, post here.

Can you take payments? I don't have a grand to throw around, but I make about $450 every other week.

Actually, I could.

Would you devote all $450 a week to paying for the ibook?
I'm thinking you send me $450 first, then I send you the ibook, then you send me another $450 when you get it (12 days?) and then top it off a few days later... The only problem could be that you take my ibook, only pay me $450, and I have to invest that money on a guy to track you down and knee cap you .

email me at rampant@usa.com, see if we can work something out.

I'm interested.

P.S. If you're serious, I'd start saving now.
