8500/180 w/ 256 MB RAM, a Rage Pro video card, an internal 4x CDRW with the tray front broken off. It also is attached to a
100 MB SCSI Zip drive, a 36x external CD-ROM drive, and a 2 button
Kensington mouse. Plus an extra ViewSonic 17 inch monitor.

Can anyone give me an estimate (with and without monitor) of what I should offer this guy?

200 w/o monitor, 240 with it. Hope this helps, check ebay.
