I have an iBook SE 366 "Toilet Seat" with a 6Gig Drive and 320 Megs of Ram. The logic board is broken and has been estimated (by Apple) to be $795 to fix. The case is beat up, with small cracks and the bottom plastic has been falling off.
The monitor, power suplies (2), and batteries (2) are still good along with all the other components not included on the logic board. Great computer for parts or for modding, since it is expensive to repair.
Make an offer.

Well the local Apple place said they would give me between $150 and $200 for it, so I'm just going to sell it to them unless somebody else needs it for about the same price.
Thanks for the interest though.

Indigo, graphite or lime? Firewire or without?
Just curious.

When you say the logic board is broken, exactly what is wrong? I have a "dead" Rev A ibook that just needs some work with the power plug. (New DC converter in the computer?) It seems like this is a common problem with iBooks. If your power system seemed to work ok I might take it off you for the parts. Apple also qouted me like $500 to fix mine, so $100 sounds ok to me. Did your iBook charge and run OK prior to it's "Death" and was it's death not related to the power system?

Sorry guys, haven't had net access for a while.
It's graphite, no firewire.
And all they said was that the logic board was broken and that I would have to get a new one. The power supply was not working, but they fixed that and now it works fine.
I had initially brought it in because the power supply wasn't working, but then that was fixed and all the other problems couldn't be fixed.
