Just what the title says. I upgraded my currently-dead (lolwut) Digital Audio PM G4 to a 1.67GHz Sonnet card, so I have this guy left over. No heatsink included. I have no idea what it's worth - maybe $25 USD shipped?

I also have a nearly brand new Motorola Surfboard cable modem. Sadly, we didn't get our FiOS connected until the return deadline to take it back to Best Buy passed, so now I'm stuck with it and don't need it. $75 USD shipped. It's DOCSIS 2.0 compatible and should work with any cable ISP in the United States.
For all the trash I talk, I sure own a lot of Macs...
