I preordered this when it was announced, and got a replacement in march 2011 when the original's top button jammed. So, the serial on the box doesn't match the one on the phone. I don't think it's under warranty any longer, but the glass on both front and back has no scratches (flawless), however the aluminum band has a few slight dings (looks like smooth spots in the finish the size of a flea... this is how I got it from Apple).
Unlocked (not jailbroken), you won't need a contract to activate it. It will otherwise act as an iPod touch. Comes with a black apple bumper. I had no dropped calls, and I never used the bumper with this replacement model.
$300 obo. I'm donating 100% of the proceeds to a charity for christmas.

That's a pretty good deal, and it's nice of you to donate all the proceeds to charity. If I were in the market for one I'd buy it, but I already spent all of my impulse tech fund on CyberMonday.  Good luck with the sale.
